Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets

  • 1 tbsp Grainy mustard

  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely finished

  • 1 tbsp Finely minced shallots

  • 2 tsp Thyme leaves: chopped, plus more for garnish

  • 2 tsp Fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 0.5 Lemon: juiced

  • 1 tsp Salt (as per taste)

  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper (as per taste)

  • 1 Lemon: sliced, for serving

Methods

  1. Heat the broiler and line the baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Take a small bowl, mix mustard, garlic, thyme, shallots, rosemary, lemon juice altogether.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the seasoned mixture over salmon fillets and broil it for 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices and thyme.
