  • 0.75 cup Light Mayonnaise

  • 1.5 cup Red Seedless Grapes

  • 1 cup Sliced celery

  • 0.33 cup Sliced Green Onions

  • 0.5 cup Broken Walnuts

Methods

Combine mayonnaise, ginger, and salt. Stir in chicken, grapes, celery, green onion, and
walnuts. Makes 5 1/2 cups. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
