- Cook the chicken breast in a pot of salted water for 10-15 minutes. Transfer it to a plate and let it cool down. Shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook noodles in a pot of salted water. Stir occasionally. When boiled, drain and rinse under cold water.
- Whisk vinegar, soya sauce, red pepper, sesame seeds paste and ¼ cup of water to a large bowl until smoothened.
- Add carrots, cucumber, shredded chicken, noodles and toss them to coat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
